Guest guest
Oh yes!! It itches so bad that I find that I sometimes break the skin. I had a bad episode a few days ago and now I am beginning a flare. Cassy. > > Hey yall, i know this was a topic of discussion at one time, but I did > the search thingy and couldn't find the right thread. I do know that when I hold on to a lot of fluid in the tissue, I have increased pain. My knees, ankles, feet take turns with swelling and the skin is always tight and shiny when the swelling happens. So I have started looking for ways to keep the fluid off. I heard grapefruit juice is a natural diuretic so bought some of that to drink. Guest guest
Ebony, my hairdresser has lost down from a size 26 to a size 12 and counting, she swears just from drinking grapefruit juice, so that would sure be another benefit for me. I bought a big bottle and will give it a shot- thanks! > > > > Hey yall, i know this was a topic of discussion at one time, but I > did > > the search thingy and couldn't find the right thread. Guest guest
hi.. Just check all your medications about drug interactions. Grapefruit is to be avoided with some medications, and taken hours before or hours after your meds.. Im on 2 that say avoid the grapfruit cause can intensify or decrease the effectiveness of the meds. I also itch like crazy before a flare.Take care ... Debbie --------------------------------- Autos.
