Nope i havent tried it YET! i'm looking for a cd or video since i dont have

Alice Christensen (American Association of Yoga) is a wonderful and

highly-respected teacher. She specializes in gentle yoga, especially

for people with various limitations. I definitely recommend looking

into her programs--especially if you can find used copies on Amazon or

eBay.
