Guest guest
Hi Holly: Welcome to the group - you will find the people here to be very supportive and caring, we truly do understand what you are going through. I am sorry that your RA is so out of control, and that you are in such pain. I don't know about the new med, but I am sure that one of our members, perhaps our moderators, can find you the information you need. I don't understand how your doctor could be so 90% sure about anything with this disease - or could be so discouraging about your situation. How scary is that? I think you need to find another rheumy and get a second opinion. Best of luck - Kathe in CA --- Holly <hollybgroovin2003@...> wrote: > My name is Holly and I am new to the group. Guest guest
Holly, If your current meds are not helping there are others meds available that have given many of us great relief-humira embrel and others. Is your current doctor a rheumatologist? If not you need to get to one ASAP. Also if he is and is not suggesting some of the others meds you probably need to seek a second opinion. Welcome to the group and praying for successful treatment and good days ahead. linda Kathe Sabetzadeh <lv2ryd@...> wrote: Hi Holly: Welcome to the group - you will find the people here to be very supportive and caring, we truly do understand what you are going through.
