Guest guest
Hi, Everyone....Lyndsay.....I am glad to hear that he seems more comfortable and not hurting himself. One of the many plusses that we noticed was the explosion of vocabulary/speech. For the first time in years, Gareth was vocal and started 2-3 word sentences. His teeth grinding stopped and the anger dropped considerably. He was more in our world and less in his private world. Please, don't go and raise it too fast, though, because too much Risperdal will make behaviors just as bad as none. There's a fine line there and it sounds like you have found it. Best of luck to you. As for the news.....it's interesting to hear the back and forth arguments about redefining autism and *making it go away.* Take care, Everyone.
