With the muscular flares I get hot, cold, hot, cold. I go from

freezing to dripping with sweat. The arthritic one - I simply just

freeze the whole time! The arthritic one seems to correlate with the

B pressure , the muscular one doesn't. The arthritic one mainly only

affects me during the winter and early spring. Rarely, in the

summer. Nice to get a repreive!!!! The muscular flares are year

round. With the arthritic one I don't pee a lot like I do with the

muscular one and w/ the m- flares just prior to them I am semi-

incontinent with coughing and urgency to make it in time. I

sometimes get like a sore throat prior to the m- ones as well. I am

making any sense? I swear this is all so frustrating. I do thank

everyone here though as I probably would have never noticed the

difference between the 2 different types without all the info about

how to talk to your doc, keeping journals, etc.... I'm hoping this

info will help the rheumy on my behalf. Do you think that I'm giving

a fairly accurate or clear idea as to what is going on with me on the

flare front? With the HCV news - I simply decided for a minute that

it was all somehow just related to it? However, I don't know and I'm

just trying to be as informative as possible to get the upcoming much

needed and anticipated answers. It is odd - we search for the

explanation and then when we start arriving there - it is like whoa!

Anyhow, Thanks and love to all! Kim
