Good stuff!!!! You gals are right on the money! I am trying to

distinguish exactly that....Mixed Cryoglobulinemia 11 vs. actual

arthritis and so on. I keep saying that I have no symptoms of

Sjogren's but now I'm not so sure - I have possibly dry eyes with the

joint pain, but usually not til the later part of a flare and you may

recall me mentioning that I had puffy eyes? I rub them constantly

because they water, so I didn't think too much about it being related

to Sjogren's but it is that they water only nothing really comes

out. I never really thought about it. I get like thick drops in the

corner and thats all that really comes out, that is probably why they

are puffy, dah! I get like a mumps type feeling on my r side up my

upper jaw by my ear too. I had the doc check it and he said he can't

tell anything. I have him look at my ankle when it had a lump,

nothing, I had him and three others check the bumps in my thumbs way

back when, they said that it was arthritis and he said that he can't

tell anything. Go figure? However, those subsided and don't really

bother me all that much. I have the antibodies to HCV type 1a

(bummer) I do not know as of yet if I have cleared the virus or

not. I go next Monday for that. That should shed some light on the

subject, I would think! The gastroenolgist or whatever said he won't

treat it if active until I see the Rheumy to make sure that treatment

if suggested won't cause an autoimmune reaction with the interferon?

Whatever that means? I don't recall if I had an anti-ccp or not and

if I did it must of have been negative? I was told that I am

undergoing seroconversion whatever that means? Some of it all I get

and some is still a mystery! I reallly liked the article that you

gals posted about hepatitis and extahepatic manifestations, I hadn't
