Thanks for the message - just nice to know others walk this path I do. Dylan, I

don't think, has aspirated all his life. We've always, since 6 or 7 years old

known he has swallowing issues, and they always just told us not to push him, he

knows what he can handle (he only ate like 7 different foods until he was like

14 years old). Then puberty hit, all hell broke loose, he ended up with these

other immune diagnosis and here he is with pneumonia all the time. He finished

the zyvox, cough went away, pretty much, while on it, it's been 5 days off it

and he's coughing again. We go to the pulmonologist Friday to see what the

chest x-ray reveals & what they are going to do. We did immune testing last

year after he was inpatient & on IV antibiotics, and immune testing came back

pretty much normal.

His stomach seems all distended and hard now too, so I'm going bring that up

Friday at the dr.

I just feel awful because I can't seem to get him well. And because now he's on

soft foods and doesn't understand why and I feel like i have to make the rest of

us eat after Dylan goes to bed because i don't want him to get mad about it

because he doesn't understand. I can never win!
