Guest guest
Hello, another general question from a newbie! I'm wondering whether my son (Aspergers) has some parasites issues. We did have a stool test done about a year ago which said that he didn't have any parasites - this was through Geneva Diagnostics and it seems from the report that they looked for 'Cryptosporidium', 'Giardiala mblia' and 'Entamoeba histolytica/dispar'. A dietician I spoke with recently said that in her experience children who react badly to probiotics (which my son does) tend to have parasite problems. So I'm wondering, are there any other parasites that should be looked for? Does anyone know if it's possible to test for these things on the NHS? Thanks again for any advice!
