Not sure if this is what you're looking for Margaret, but we use and like these

multiminerals. We do need to add more zinc and magnesium for ds.

Magnesium (90mg)/Taurine (don't know how much). )Since starting to tutype this

realise Nutricentre don't stop the biocare mag taurate only the weaker mag

taurine, btw, so H has been on the wrong supplement for 6 months.)
