Not sure if this is what you're looking for Margaret, but we use and like these

multiminerals. We do need to add more zinc and magnesium for ds.

you can get them from amazon too

supplement or a capsule single formulation for each one of these people would

recommend please? I'm trying to cut down on the number of tablets and capsules.

> At the moment his zinc is monomethionine VRP 25mg which doesn't seem to cause

problems, but it's probably quite a low dose as he's 50.5 kg. We used to

supplement with tons of zinc up to the age of 5 and his hair tests always showed

him still to be deficient as far as I can recall, but maybe hair testing was

giving a misleading result.I think Biolab also showed him low in zinc. He's 12

1/2 and hitting puberty, too and is on GAPS diet and the almonds and other nuts

might also deplete his zinc. (I'm not pre-soaking and drying them. Just can't

take on another task of this type right now.)

> He also gets some Taurine and Magnesium already in the form of Biocare

Magnesium (90mg)/Taurine (don't know how much). )Since starting to tutype this

realise Nutricentre don't stop the biocare mag taurate only the weaker mag

taurine, btw, so H has been on the wrong supplement for 6 months.)

> Have never tried Ionics, btw - I hear from this list they are very well

absorbed.

> Any suggestions very welcome. Thanks.
