Hi Dew,

I don't know if you were responding to a note but thanks for the

information. For the past 4 years I have taken yoga twice week at my

gym. Maybe I overstretched something to cause my piriformis injury.

Because of that I had to skip my yoga past 2 weeks and probably

still this week. I stretch main muscles 3-4x week at gym. I am very

limber and can slap my hands on the floor without bending my legs.

My shoulder is constantly acting up so I don't stretch it. Gym class

was a long time ago since I am now 50.

Don't worry if you can't touch the floor. It wasn't something I could

do overnight. I am not trying to brag either, just show I am flexible.

My husband can't touch his toes unless he bends his knees. A few years

ago he could only reach his thighs. Just do what you are able to do.

Everyone probably balances on one leg much better that me. I am lousy

at that.
