Guest guest
wow Debbie, you can slap your hands on the floor without bending your legs????? I don't think I have EVER been able to do that. You go girl!!!! trees mom [ ] Re: Stretching - Range of Motion Hi Dew, I don't know if you were responding to a note but thanks for the information. For the past 4 years I have taken yoga twice week at my gym. Maybe I overstretched something to cause my piriformis injury. Because of that I had to skip my yoga past 2 weeks and probably still this week. I stretch main muscles 3-4x week at gym. I am very limber and can slap my hands on the floor without bending my legs. My shoulder is constantly acting up so I don't stretch it. Gym class was a long time ago since I am now 50. Debbie L > > I learned Yoga in college. Guest guest
She's got me beat, too. I can only touch my knuckles to the floor without straining anything, but I'll try to do it next week. don't ask for doing the splits, it's impossible for me. <G> Dennis in Eastexas " It's not Rocket Surgery " [ ] Re: Stretching - Range of Motion > > > Hi Dew, > I don't know if you were responding to a note but thanks for the > information. Guest guest
All of you are better off than me. I can't even get down to the top of my feet. And I'm not that fat either. My back won't let me. I'm going to try to see my Dr this afternoon. I have a lot of swelling in my left foot and leg. I think I'll ask him about an MRI or X-ray to my lower back. I'd like to know whats going on with it. I can feel pressure in the spine. Guest guest
I was never able to do that, either. In college, my worst grades were in physical education, LOL.
