I will also look into the biocare one - we use a lot of their products.Alison R I give a combined CoQ10/L-carnitine by Pure Encapsulations which is high quality but expensive, I get it from Breakspear. Have you opened the capsules at all - just wondered what it tastes like. will swallow capsules now (hoooooraaay)!!! but Charlie is only 4 and won't have anything remotely horrible tasting! I've had a look at the the website you recommended Isobel and it looks a lot more reasonable than Higher Nature. I've been using 30mg but Dr Goyal has recommended that I double it. He also put my daughter on L Carnitine (capsules) which I got from the Breakspear.
