Hi Darla,

They are probably not lacto fermented, if not specified.

Most fermented foods you can buy in the shops are pasteurised, including

yoghurt.

---The company Cultured Probiotics( Raw) sell these.

I also bought some at my local health shop labelled :Raw Vibrant Living fresh

sauerkraut.

Cultured probiotics are a fantastic little company. The products are really

really good and the real thing. It is run by a family who have 2 ASD boys and

are doing SCD/GAPs diet.
