Guest guest
Hi Betty: Mine is one that is contoured so it can be used with side sleepers, back sleepers, and also stomach sleepers. One side is flat, while the other side has contours on both sides of a little bit different thickness, depending on your comfort. I use this side the most, and generally use the portion that is of the smaller contour. My daughter had the one that you describe which is more like a regular pillow, just memory foam, and she did not like it, and went to a contour one like I have. My husband uses hers. I think that my husband got the contour memory foam pillows at JC Penny, but we got our topper at Sams. I think that Sams does change its stock frequenly, so keep checking. You might try Pennys if you have one nearby. Guest guest
Kathe, My pillow from the chiropractor is contoured and one side has 2 thickness and the other side is flat. I use the thinner part. When that pillow was new I could like on my back, draw my legs up so that my feet were flat on the bed and then straighten my legs. That would put a little tension on my neck that helped a lot. The problem I have getting an additional pillow is that they are all too thick which raises my head too much. I have bought several and once even borrowed a loaner from a chiropractor. Looking at the pillows I saw at Sams even though they were regular pillows, not contoured ones, they looked like my head would push it in enough to bring the support to my neck. I've bought so many pillows that I can't use that I am reluctant to even try another. If I see them in Sam's again I will look at them clos BVan (Betty) Re: [ ] Re: countour pillow Betty Hi Betty: Mine is one that is contoured so it can be used with side sleepers, back sleepers, and also stomach sleepers.
