Hi all,

We have had a starter of viili from The Kefir Shop that I couldn't get to work

(and I've had no answer to my email).

Is anyone making viili or piima room temperature yoghurts? I'd be very grateful

of a starter (and could send a kombucha scoby or goat kefir grains in return).
