Hi Les,

What I found help me with chronic neck pain were injections for the really

bad ones, but for long term, a foam neck pillow that you can buy at any

Walgreen's or CVS. I actually have several different shapes, including a

dog bone! I even bring one along when I travel. It seems to help support

my neck were I need it. Just my two cents, but it seems to help.

I'll look into the pillows you talk about. I am traveling at the end

of the week and it sounds like something I could use.
