I check the prices of all prescriptions on BNF to get the wholesale prices and add a dispensing fee. As long as they are not classified as Special (Needs Compounding or Custom dose), they are at that price in ASDA/Tesco/Boots Online (increasing order of prices) Pharmacy.Prices vary widely across different pharmacies for Private Prescription so it is always worthwhile researching for expensive prescription or when you are planning to buy in large quantities say for 3 months.To: Autism-Biomedical-Europe From: greenkirsty1@...Date: Fri, 25 May 2012 10:46:52 +0000Subject: Re: Dr G prescriptions!

£100 is what the supermarkets offer so that is on par with what everyone else is paying.

It is quite small but from experience it had been around 5% (min of £1). Supermarket pharmacies are not really for profit making but a service which attracts purchases in other departments. I don't know how much they charge for zithro but generally I find this

pharmacy best value http://assetchemist.co.uk/ -- you order online or

by phone and then post them the rx before they ship the goods (so not

good if you need meds in a hurry). It is a legitimate UK pharmacy and

sends legit brands, no funny business...
