Guest guest
Jo, I don't know about whether you can bring them in ( I hope someone else will answer) but, if you do, I think it would be very helpful to come through UK Customs with only new, sealed and unopened containers of each supplment - that way they are much less likely to worry about what's in each pot. Guest guest
Jo, I have taken all sorts of herbs in and out of the EU without a problem. I travel with OoO, Ltheanine, Liver life, golden seal and the list goes on..... I just make sure that it's original packaging in case they decide to ask me but no one ever does. Even with the new EU directives, all of herbs you mention and more are available in the EU and the UK so I wouldn't worry. Have a great trip, > > Hi, > > We live in New Zealand and are coming to the UK in June. We use a few herbs and natural products. Guest guest
we are also coming to the UK from NZ in September. How easy is it to get gf/df products in the major supermarkets? It's been a long time since I had to buy the kids food in the UK. Are our staples like organic coconut oil readily available? Thanks > > > > Hi, > > > > We live in New Zealand and are coming to the UK in June. We use a few herbs and natural products. Guest guest
Biona organic raw virgin coconut oil seems to be available at good, independent health shops here but may vary with region of UK. Guest guest
I come in and out of the UK and NZ each year or several times a year and - touch wood - I've never had a problem with anything. Yes, organic coconut oil and gluten/dairy free goods are available in heaps of stores these days. Brilliant! Waitrose, Sainsburys, even Tescos (although very limited range and not so desirable at Tescos, IMHO. But good if you're stuck). Whole Foods, Planet Organic, Revital stores and general local health food stores stock a great range of items. Simone x
