Guest guest
I was listening to this programme whilst driving when all of a sudden I hear an unmistakable Swansea voice. I knew RIGHT AWAY who it was. Gotta be . , was it you??? You did a great plug for nutrition! Sandor Katz was super and the coverage was very positive I thought (....an earlier food programme on pickling had, I thought, been quite poor and seemed at one point to confuse rancid and fermented). Super mentions re. health benefits and lovely to hear about positive effects for autism :-) > > > http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01g4ks7 > Heard this earlier, soon available to listen to on the iplayer. Includes Sandor Katz, the fermented food advocate. Interesting piece on fermented foods and the gut including a chat with 2 parents of children with Autism using fernented foods, nutrition and biomed, (about 10mins from the end). Thought it came over really well. >
