Not Anita (she is away until later) but yes you can join TA from abroad. Sat night dinner is at the same place, on the campus.Re accommodation we are not offering something like that in terms of organising it, but you can post here with a different subject title/ heading you never know there might be someone nearby with spare rooms. Hello Anita,

I have an 11-year old daughter who is high functioning and live in France. I am hoping to come to the conference on sept 8-9 but before booking, I have a few questions and am hoping that you can help.

Can I join the association as someone who lives in France? I think that makes sense given the savings associated with membership but I want to confirm that members outside of England are welcome.

How are people getting to the dinner on Saturday night? Is it in the same place as the conference? I won't have a car if I go to the conference and so will need a lift or other transport.

Also, would it be possible to stay in the homes of other members of the association? I'm just asking this question since this may be something offered to members, which isn't made public. Obviously I'd appreciate this if possible since I'd be coming from France and would like to reduce the costs as much as possible.

I will try to join & pay this afternoon to take advantage of the early bird specials.

Hi , I'm happy Natasa got back to you, as the deadline for early bird

prices is near and I am five hours behind.

Everything she's said is right. It may be possible to share costs for things

like taxi from the airport too, if you post about that sort of thing on this

list. We often get quite a few people from outside the UK at our conferences.

Hi , I'm French but i live in London. My 16 year old son has autism and i attend to go to the conference on September but i will travel by train as i don't have a car. If you join TA it is very fast, you'll get your membership usually on the same day as you'll need the membership number to book the cheaper deal.
