Zumba + Back Night

Went to Zumba tonite.  There's a new instructor, and she was fine... cued a bit late and not frequently enough for me, but she seemed very nice and she definitely has the moves!  I do miss Kristi... not sure how often I'll make this class...

Back night is my favorite, I think because you get to lift heavy and still walk the next day!  I " m STILL sore from last Saturday and Sunday and have trouble walking!!new routine - 4 sets of 7Lat Pulldown Machine (In Shape)

50 lbs to warm up - 60, 70, 60, 60Kettlebell Pullovers16kg bell = 35.3 lbs all four setsSeated Cable Pull 60, 70 ,70, 70Iso Lateral High Row (Hammer Strength) - half the workout was racking the last strongman's weights back, grr

65 lbs per arm all four setsIsolateral Rowing (Hammer Strength)25, 35, 35, 35 per armTomorrow is Group Kick and I may have talked Will into taking it with me.  He wants to start doing 2 workouts per day but he explained he likes sports with a ball and where there are winners and losers (he played water volleyball tonite).  We'll see what happens..

Wow, you are kicking some butt with your workouts, . If you're having trouble walking then you REALLY worked. :)))
