I used to, so I set it so that the mail from this group goes into it's own

folder

Are you marking it " not spam " or " not bulk " when it happens?

You can also set up a filter so that everything with [ ] in the

subject line is sent to your inbox (or a separate folder).

I don't know what mail program you are using for mail, but if you're

using outlook express, you can put a filter on:

Filters help you organize your mail. If you receive large amounts of

messages daily, instead of crowding your inbox with all the messages,

you can have filters set so messages get distributed into different

folders. Outlook Express filters are called Message Rules and they

can only be used when you have your account set up through an POP

server.

Let me know if you're using something else and I'll find the

instructions for you. When my RA mail comes into my mailbox, it is

put in a special folder

that I set up for the RA messages. I've created message rules for

most of my mail. Some messages are color coded if it is from someone

that

I want to make sure gets my attention.

June,

If you are using , it should be similar to this procedure:

********************************************************

To create a filter, click the " Mail Options " link on the top-right

navigation bar, and then choose " Filters " located under the Spam column on

the left side.

Creating a New Filter

To create a new filter, click the " Add " button on the Filters page.

1. Enter in the name of the filter under " Filter Name. "

2. Choose the field (such as " From " or " Subject " ) that you want to match

in the incoming message.

3. Choose the criterion by which you want a match to be made, such as

" contains " or " ends with. "

4. Enter the text you want to filter based upon. For example:

@rocketmail.com, Love, InfoBeat.

5. Choose the destination folder to which you would like the message

delivered. For example: Personal, News, Admin.

6. If you have more than one filter, you'll also see arrows to the right

of the filter list. Use these arrows to select the placement of your new

filter within your existing sequence of filters. Filter order is important

because Filter 1 will be the first filter applied to an incoming message,

Filter 2 will be the next, and so on until a match is made or all filters

are passed. If no filters match an incoming message, it will be delivered to

your inbox.

*************************************************************

If you need more help with this, please let me know.
