Guest guest
No red meat! Once in a blue moon we eat it and I savor every tiny little piece of my 2 oz's of red meat. Fish, chicken, calamari, lobster, are my meats but mostly different kinds of fish smothered in fabulous veggie/herb sauces. I have learned to be creative with meal preparation. Lets face it plain Tofu tastes like chalk but when you add, fresh onion, pepper, a dash of jalapeno and a host of herbs its absolutely fabulous. I also juice allot I found most of these recipes in Dr. Cabots book the liver cleansing diet. I do not pay any attention to the supplements. So far all I need is zinc and calcium. I eat almost nothing that is not prepared from scratch. Nothing in a jar, can, box or bottle. I live in Florida so just go out to my herb garden for various herbs. If I start getting nauseated, I would juice my food. If that did not work I would get my Tx nurse on the phone to get me a script for nausea. I am ESLD with a Zero viral load since week 5 I honestly believe its diet, exersize keeping mind and soul busy as well. My whole day focuses on me and only me. I am in a battle for my life and gawd help ANYONE who gets in my way So far 3 months into Tx I am winning! Dragon Slayer Extraordinaire > > Thanks for all the great words of wisdom all.
