resperator...to increase co2 levels

My daughters doctor has recommended a "philips resperator"... to help increase her co2 levels. She breathes really shallow, and this would help her re-breath and increase the co2 levels, but I cannot find one !!

Thought about a mask, but not sure if this would help long term. He wants her to use it for 4 hours a day! any idea's
