There is 340 mg l-carnitine and 60 mg CoQ10. It costs £52.88 for 120 caps at

Breakspear, and their shipping can be costly depending on how much you buy. We

also tried the Holford ones but they definitely had a fishy smell.

Holford and Biocare are the same product.

dear alison

I open the capsule of the patrick holford one think its a yellow colour, my son

takes it in a drink ie pineapple juice so cant say if it tastes horrible but he

takes it successfully, when I mentioned it to dr Goyal he thought it was a good

brand of supplement... Isobel
