Guest guest Posted January 1, 2012 Report Share Posted January 1, 2012 I'm thinking about printing off my workout schedule and posting it in my workout room, then crossing off workouts as I get them done! I have a dry eraser board that I use in our computer/workout room. I write out all my workouts for the month and erase them each day that I get one done.
