I'm off to a good start, I got a workout in today as scheduled! I'm thinking about printing off my workout schedule and posting it in my workout room, then crossing off workouts as I get them done! I forgot to look at my plan today and added core instead of flexibility to my one mile walk with (Muscle Mile One.... BORING and is now on the trade list, I keep grabbing this thinking it is Miracle Mile, which I love, now I won't anymore). That's one more reason to post the plan, spontaneous changes will be ones I choose to make not ones I make by mistake! My foot kept me awake a lot this morning so I definitely wanted to keep the workout short and low impact so that at least worked. I'm not sure if not doing workouts standing are making it any better, it doesn't seem like it is making any difference but I definitely don't want to poke at it with high impact either. I see the doc again on Thursday evening for another cortisone shot and will talk with him about it. I added on 15 reps with the ab wheel, which I've decided was too many. I was working it really hard and am feeling it in my lower back now so I either need to do less reps or not push myself to go so low and I'm thinking try less reps next time because I felt it in the back last time too without going as low as I did today. I also added on 10 pushups on toes. Tomorrow is back to work and I'm planning to do Triceps from Slow & Heavy Triceps & Biceps. I'm looking forward to that one!
