Guest guest
Not sure but I'd give 8 weeks minimum, sometimes it takes that long for you to see the gains from first round Mx Hi,Ds has completed the set (10) of cds of TLP Level One and I'm not sure how long a break to leave before repeating the programme. He has beenfollowing the extended listenting schedule (3 tracks/day for 5 days)Does anyone know, is there a firm rule for this?emily

Guest guest
Hi , When you say that DS has completed the set of cds, exactly what do you mean? Have you done 2 cycles - discs 1-10 followed by cycle 2 discs 10-1. You need to do these 2 cycles one after another before taking a break and doing another 2 cycles.
