The highlight of tonite's workout was the abs section that I got from Muscle and Fitness magazine.  Day 1 focuses up upper abs, this is what you do:Ab machine crunches (you lean forward against the resistance in a seated position)

5 sets of 8, I did them all at 80 lbs each.  I can go up next time.Supported crunches, 3 sets of 10 - these are regular crunches but with your legs on the bench at a 90 degree angleStability ball crunches:  3 sets of 10

Crossover crunches:  3 sets of 15 each sideI didn't think I would feel these, but I did!  I must have left my little blue notebook in the locker room so you get out of hearing about what I used/did for back.  I ended with 10 minutes / 100 calories on the rowing machine and then swam laps for around 10 minutes.

No idea what I'm doing tomorrow.  I get tomorrow off work so I would like to finally do Turbo Sport 4 and in the evening I'll probably do the Circuit Training workout in Studio 2.  Tuesday starts the new season of Biggest Loser so you know what I'll be doing!  2 hours on the recumbent bike!  I'm intrigued by the contestant that looks like Santa Claus!
