Hopefully I can keep this up, because I want to have interesting and impressive stats like ! Here is the spreadsheet I made for 2012 to track my workouts, and may have to add additional columns as needed.  I do want to differentiate running from other cardio and I will have other differentiators too including yoga (if I ever get around to doing yoga, LOL) and kickboxing.
