Guest guest
Kathe are you walking alot more lately? sometimes that causes the old legs to give you those shin splints? If I am silly enough to think oh its a nice day and I will go for a nice stroll wham bam I pay for it at night with those shin pains..especially if I walk up a small hill.... but yes other than that shin pain is part of R/A and or Fibro Bonnie --------------------------------- Ring'em or ping'em. Guest guest
Kathe. I take Potassium supplement for my shin pain. It has all but eliminated them except if I do a lot of extra walking. They are 99mg pills and I take 2 at bed time. Your mileage may vary. Try it. Cheap fix. 2464 " il faut d'abord durer " Hemingway
Guest guest
Did you know taking extra potassium can be very dangerous if you don't need it. It can effect other chemicals in your body, that in turn effect your heart rate. I take potassium prescription, and my doctor monitors it with blood work every three months. in WI Kennedy <ikennedy2@...> wrote: Kathe. I take Potassium supplement for my shin pain.
