hi Everyone,Sorry I have been so absent lately - just busy and will likely continue to be busy through January!Anyway - Thursday I did Ford's Step By Step which is on a bargain priced compilation DVD (includes this workout, a hi lo workout and another step workout). This is a great step workout if you like your choreography to be easy to follow but not boring. It runs approx 50 minutes. I stretched on my own afterwards.

Friday - Ellen Barrett/Crunch Burn & Firm Pilates and Tracey Mallett's Booty Barre Beginners and Beyond. Great combo! I feel that after a week of Ellen and Barre my flexibility and range of motion is improved. WIll keep up with this for next week. It is also good for what i expect my stress levels to be this month (bad assignments at work...)!Talk to everyone later -

Great workouts, Donna! That is awesome that you notice your flexibility and ROM improved. I hope your workouts will help you through your busy month!
