Guest guest
I love these workouts. I haven't lost that much muscle strength so was able to do about same weights as ended last time although I only got 10 reps in on some. These move nicely and I now realize I can get a 40 min workout in (I was convinced that 20-30 was it!). One thing I struggle with is the push ups. Because of my wrist I use the perfect push up and yikes.. tricep push ups with that device are just torturous! I don't have any other way to modify except knees and I can only get 4 or so out!! yikesI think I will have to do another planned strength rotationafter this, maybe Supreme 90? then P90? then P90X? is that a good progression?Jen- I may continue on Burn for extra week until you can join in. Won't hurt, can only helpI packed my gym back so I can go to gym 5am tomorrow and then to WW meeting at 7:30.. if this works I think this will be my friday plan, esp since Friday nights are usually my cheat night since it is our "date" nighthave a good thursdayjudy in DC

Guest guest
Go for it! I'm kind of on a video free streak at the gym, though I'm bringing my Weider X Factor ST workouts with me to Kauai next week, as they are all bodyweight workouts, no equipment necessary! I have Supreme 90 but haven't done it yet. I think I would do P90, Supreme 90 then P90X....what you think ?
