Guest guest
Hi , We have just done 1 cycle (i.e. discs 1-10). So I should be doing another cycle and do you mean the 2nd cycle, we begin with disc 10, then 9 ... etc? And how long would you say the break should be after these 2 cycles before doing the 3rd and 4th cycle? Thank you ever so much for picking this up. emily x > > > > > > Hi, > > > > Ds has completed the set (10) of cds of TLP Level One and I'm not sure > > how long a break to leave before repeating the programme. Sorry forgot to ask, is there an explanation/reason why cycle 2 is done from disc 10-1??? emily x > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > Ds has completed the set (10) of cds of TLP Level One and I'm not > sure > > > how long a break to leave before repeating the programme. Guest guest
Hi , Yes, follow straight away with cycle 2 beginning with disc 10 and working backwards down to disc 1. The schedule for cycle 2 tells you which discs and tracks to listen to and when. You can download this from the Advanced Brain Technologies website. Go to www.advancedbrain.com click on support at the top, then Listener Resources, then Listening Logs. I don't know why we do cycle 2 in this way - I must try and find out! When you have finished I would leave a minimum of 6 - 8 weeks before starting again, to allow enough time for things to consolidate. Hope that it goes well. x > > > > > > > > > Hi, > > > > > > Ds has completed the set (10) of cds of TLP Level One and I'm not > sure > > > how long a break to leave before repeating the programme.
