You're right, humming does help! In only a few minutes, my wife went to bed,

my daughter and grandkids left, and I had some peace for a while. I don't

know why we didn't know about this before. LOL

I'll shut up now...

Kathe, I'm not sure about any of it. All I know is that this person did 18

hums per minute at 130 Hz for an hour for four consecutive days. Why do I

keep thinking of Felix Unger?
