The houses there are so nice, historic, and elegant!For shoulders, 4 sets of 7shoulder press (body masters) narrow grip: 35, 40, 40, 45wide grip: 30, 30, 30, 35lateral raise (life master)35, 35, 35, 35iso lateral behind the neck press, per arm (hammer strength)10, 15, 15, 15, - went up by 5 lbs - yay! hydraulic shoulder press (life fitness)40, 40, 35, 30The Stair Monster - god this one is hard! All I did was 15 minutes on level 3 and I know my calves will feel it tomorrow. I really want to get better at this machine and do it often! It's a butt kicker!
