Today I did Cathe's Gym Style Chest & Triceps. I haven't done this one for a while. It was so tough that I reached failure on crossbody tricep presses and I skipped the bonus band work. It felt good to do it again though.

Good for you !!! I love the cross body triceps. Triceps are my favorite body part to work.

I suspect DOMS in your future. :)

Yes, , I have a good case of DOMS today! It was even hard to get

through Amy Bento's Kickbox Extreme this morning. I've got Cathe's Gym Style

Back, Shoulders & Biceps tomorrow though.

Oh, that reminds me I need to run down to the workout room and write down

today's workout. :)
