Guest guest
Hey yall, I've been " incognito " the last few weeks. I've had an upper respiratory infection that persisted through 2 rounds of antibiotic, one of which i was allergic to. I've missed 4 enbrel injections, suffice it to say it's been tough going. Also, during that time, my youngest daughter lost a friend to accidental electrocution, he was 18.Then last week my son's best friend, who was on the heart transplant list, passed away at the age of 22. I guess all the emotional stuff just added to the physical, I was about ready to run away from home, but I knew the RA would just come with me! To top if off, I got my AARP card in the mail! Yes, I'm turning 50 in a couple of weeks. It didn't seem possible, but I did the math and my oldest daughter will be 31....gosh, where did the time go? It seems like last week that I was a size 6 with Farrah Fawcett hair and platform shoes. Now I have a Lane body, Janet Reno hair and a platform rocker..... and through all of it, God has been so faithful to me. Hoping pain free days and blessings to all my precious RA brothers and sisters. You are LOVED and appreciated beyond telling. God bless, Jane
