Guest guest
Hi Just thought I would give an update on what happened when we gave phenergan to Luke. We gave it to him at 8:45pm – but he didn’t fall to sleep till 10:35pm and his intrusive thoughts were much worse. He did sleep till 7am, but when he woke his intrusive thoughts were much more intense and he seemed quite groggy and very moody. I won’t be giving this to Luke again because although he got a little more sleep, it just wasn’t worth it because of the intense intrusive thoughts. I have just been reading on the internet that some people can’t sleep when they eat coconut oil before bed. I have been massaging Luke’s feet with coconut oil every night for the past few weeks. I remember along time ago when he had an IgG test that coconut was very high. I wonder if there is a link with not sleeping – though I am probably clutching at straws! Tonight I will avoid coconut oil to see if there is a difference!
