Hi Everyone!Once again I'm behind and short on time!My DD had her two baby teeth extracted this morning (they were blocking two adjacent adult teeth from coming in) - it went fine - we were in and out in 30 min. I let her take the rest of the day off from school and we just hung around the house and had a low key day. I took time off from work today b/c I didn't know what to expect about the extractions and thought it would be good to have a quiet day. I'm not even going to pester her about her times tables or her spelling - she'll get caught up soon enough. I think everyone needs a "sick" day once in awhile and this was something completely out of the box for her!

My workout today was PowerFit Harmony Move It - I upped the intensity by wearing my weighted gloves, adding impact and range of motion, and using the step for the step on the floor segment. It made a good warm-up cardio session. Afterwards, I did Ellen's Pilates/Yoga blend from Crunch. The name is totally escaping me right now.....grr. anyway, all good.Tomorrow I'm going to do cardio and more barre. I may do Booty Barre Beginners again, I'm not sure what cardio I will do. I kind of want to do Ford's Step by Step - but that will mean working out for almost 90 minutes. I guess if I get up early enough it will be possible.I won't be able to walk w/ my friend on Friday b/c I have to go in to work for a training. So, I would like to get a long-ish cardio session in this week. Just thought of something, maybe I will do a

long-ish cardio tomorrow w/ some stretching and then on Friday do an Ellen and tack on Booty Barre....I think that would work! :)My Grace & Gusto FINALLY arrived yesterday - I'm going to plug it into my rotation next week! I think it was stuck in the PO in Wisconsin for weeks on end. I guess it got lost in the holiday shuffle. I'm glad it arrived though.

Jen - I'm so sorry to hear about Gizmo - it is very difficult to face the serious illness of a beloved pet. ((HUGS)) You have definately gone the extra mile for both of your kitties.

- I so hope your foot feels better soon - and, what happened to your garage door? I may have missed it - I was skimming posts to get caught up today. Maybe the chiro is a good plan, sometimes the issue begins somewhere else. ((HUGS)) to you, too for dealing with this so patiently for so long.

Ok - better go see about some soft foods for dinner for DD!Donna
