Tonite was bi's and tri's and I wanted to mix it up a bit so I went with a pyramid.  It didn't turn out exactly as I would have liked, but you never know til you do it what weights to use. bicep curls:

10 reps at 17.5 lbs5 @ 17.5 lbs2 @ 20 lbs5 @ 15 lbs10 @ 15 lbstricep rope pull at the other machine - usually I max out at 75 lbs, this one was much harder:10 reps at 40 lbs5 @ 40 lbs

2 @ 40 lbs5 @ 35 lbs10 @ 30 lbshammer curls: 10 reps @ 15 lbs5 @ 17.5 lbs2 @ 17.5 lbs5 @ 15 lbs10 @ 15 lbskettlebell standing overhead extensions10 reps @ 20 lbs

5 @ @ 35 lbs2 @ 35 lbs5 @ 35 lbs10 @ 20 lbsin the swimming pool I finished off bi's and tri's:100 tricep extensions with the water weights100 bicep curls with the water weights

I'm already feeling it, so I'm VERY happy!  I'm going to try the pyramid with other body parts!I finished off at the Stair Master for 15 minutes.  Went up a level to level 4.  I will slowly make my way up!
