Yes, That's fine, a good friend of mine used to do that to get all the oils into her son

I bought some fish oil that's an orange smoothie flavor and it's actually a bit too sweet for my daughter. I'm wondering if I could freeze it into ice lollies. I have an ice pop mold. Would it still retain its beneficial effects in this form? I can't see why it wouldn't.Holly
