Yay!  1.5 miles is great, Indy!  You're halfway through a 5K!  It *is* empowering to know you can do it!  Hugs

I ran a mile and a half this evening -- I even ran 2 minutes longer " just because. " Wow! What an empowering feeling!

My nose started running like a faucet this evening, but I have no other symptoms of anything. I sure hope I'm not coming down with anything! This is not a good time for me to get sick! My weight has really dropped lately, and I need for it to keep going! Getting sick isn't in the schedule!

Very cold and windy here, too! DH just left to check a friend's furnace that just stopped tonight. (DH is a very handy man, as well as a great ccok!!) Why couldn't it have gone out two days ago, when it was unseasonably warm??

That's great Indy.

I hope you aren't coming down with something either. It seems like that's when it always happens.
