Morning folks!!! I got this amazing workout in a trade on VF. It was difficult with my lightest bell (20lber), but the intensity was enough that I didn't miss much with a few seconds break or dropping the weight for the last few reps! Lots of swings, some burpees and high knees, and a bit of strength work with cleans/presses, squats, and snatches. Definitely a workout to grow with as I am not 100% KB conditioned. I took a hiatus when DH got sick and was doing mostly barre and light AWT for those months. Ready to get back to the bells! KASSIAwife,mother,student,kettlebellehttp://ldysolana.blogspot.com
