I have changed my work schedule, my boss finally agreed to it on a trial basis after two years of me asking. I used to work M-F 8-4 (8 hrs) now I work Tues-Friday 7-5 (10 hours) with Sat. Sun and Mon. off. My body is still trying to get used to this new schedule. I used to get up at 5 AM to work out, now I have to get up at 4 AM which means going to bed around 8:30 or 9 PM. I have had to pretty much cut out all my tv watching and computer time so am just now checking over 800 emails for the past few days. I am so glad he finally agreed to this new schedule now, it will save me a lot on gas money and wear and tear on my car. It actually does save time also, now I don't have to spend an hour getting ready for work on Monday and an hour of drive time. I just need to figure out a way to budget my time now, this is what I have going on now, any suggestions are appreciated. This is my workday, I am still figuring out my 3 days off as I will have more time then. 4:00 AM-4:30 AM-get up, go pee, take out dogs, drink some water 4:30 AM-5:30 AM workout 5:30 AM-6:30 AM shower, get ready for work 6:30 AM-7:00 AM drive to work 7:00 AM-5:00 PM at work- 2 15 minutes breaks,now allowed to leave the building 5:00 PM-5:30 PM drive home 5:30 PM-6:30 PM prepare and eat dinner 6:30 PM-7:00 PM prepare breakfast and lunch for work the next day 7:00 PM-7:30 PM clean up kitchen and bathroom 7:30 PM-8:00 PM prepare clothes, choose workout DVD, prepare workout equipment, etc. for next morning 8:00 PM-8:30 PM spend time with husband, anything else that needs done that day 8:30 PM-4:00 AM sleep Here are the workouts I have done this week. Sunday 1/1/12 Yoga for Beginners II- Walden, I didn't like this one, it's in the swap pile. Monday 1/2/12 Start Here, KCM-totally love this one Tuesday 1/3/12 30MTF Kickboxing workout 1-KCM-liked this one, don't love it, wont swap it though, good for a quickie cardio day. Wednesday 1/4/12 30MTF Muscle definition workout 1 KCM-love, love, love this one. Thursday 1/5/12 30MTF Kickboxing workout 2 KCM- I don't love it, but I like it, my brain can't seem to wrap itself around the combos on this DVD for some reason Friday 1/3/12 -rest day, slept in till 5:00 AM Saturday1/7/12 scheduled to do Bob Harpers cardio kettlebell workout, haven't done it yet though. Sorry for the long novel, but I don't get to post much now while I am trying to establish and get used to a new work schedule.
