Guest guest
I don't know anything much about Vitamin D supplementation and levels. These results just came back from City Assays for Henry: Total Vitamin D Status:66.6 nmol/L ADEQUATE Interpretive Guide: 25-hydroxyvitamin D 3 63.8 nmol/l 25-hydroxyvitamin D2 2.8 nmol/L Is this quite good for the end of the winter, please? He hasn't had any supplements containing Vitamin D this winter. Despite his result, would he still benefit from supplementation at a low level (and how much?) or would it be unwise? Thanks, Margaret
