Guest guest Posted January 19, 2012 Report Share Posted January 19, 2012 to log your food and workouts? If so, what do you think? Logging your food is one the best things you can do. I've been doing it for years and I've been amazed at what I thought was a serving was actually two servings. You really start to be more conscious about what you put in your mouth when you know you have to journal it. As you know, I log my workouts as well. I have a calendar book that I write them in.
