Good morning!

This week starts another week of old Firms. Today was Vol 4 Time Crunch. This one is definitely going to the garage sale. Again, I didn't know what weight to use so I found myself going too light most of the time. And also again, they do their famous appearing and disappearing, but this time they had shoes on one minute and then next their bare footed. WTH?

Here's the breakdown.

Warm Up/Stretch - 6 Minutes cardio/strength intervals - 23 minutes abs - 7 minutesstretch

This was with and Kai ? They both act so robotic that I had to chuckle a little bit. I didn't get much out of this workout except for the box climbs with the dumb bells. I did enjoy the abs and usually do in all the Firms.

After the abs I skipped the stretch and put in e Corn's Detox yoga. I did the next section of this which was around 20 minutes.

So here's my numbers with both workouts. calories 316, avg 118, max 156. Not too happy with that since I worked out an hour.
