My plan for the 15K is to keep running 5 miles on the weekend and mid February make it 7 miles, then in March, my old 10 mile loop. I probably won't run another race until the Rum Run 10K later in the spring / early Every time I read about your runs I start thinking how I'd like to start it, but then I can come up with so many reasons why I can't do it. Maybe mentally I think I can't physically do it. I've talked to my DH in the past about it and he says that it's too hard on the body. Maybe he just doesn't want me out there. I'm so proud of you for how you can get out there and do it and above that, you go so far. 5 miles is REALLY far to me. Love how you added on yoga. I checked the DVD out and it looks good.
