Good morning!!

It was nice to be able to get up and do as long of a workout as I wanted. As I was looking through my Firm workouts (VHS) I have left I wanted to do the one that was the very longest. I went with Total Body Shaping Mix. The box says 67 minutes. It felt like 2 hours. I don't know if it was my lack of sleep, bad eating or all the above, but my body just wasn't cooperating. I was huffing and buffing like crazy. I got through it all and that's what counts, I guess.

I burned 424 calories, avg 131, max 176 and I got 2,710 steps. Glad its done!
